Questions
Do you guarantee ChatGPT will cite me?
No — and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. Citation depends on model version, query wording and what retrieval returns at that moment; the same prompt twice can differ. What we guarantee is that the technical problems listed in your report will pass on re-test after we fix them, and you can verify that yourself.
How is this different from an SEO agency?
More overlap than you'd think — the industry consensus is that 80% of AI visibility is solid fundamental SEO, and we say the same. The difference is delivery: we're an engineering team shipping pull requests and measurements, not a content calendar and a monthly deck. If your problem is 'nobody writes articles', hire a marketing agency. If it's 'the site is an SPA and crawlers get nothing', that's us.
Why don't you sell an AI visibility dashboard?
Because the measurement isn't reliable yet. A 2026 experiment with 600 volunteers found fewer than 1 in 100 runs of the same prompt returns the same brands, and 40–60% of cited domains change within a month. At that noise level, most of the curve on a dashboard isn't your progress — it's randomness. If you want tracking, mature tools exist (Profound, Peec, Otterly); we won't rebuild an unreliable one to sell you.
What's the commitment?
The audit and the fix engagement are one-off — they end when they're done. The retainer is monthly and cancellable any time. We'd rather you start with an audit, read the report, and then decide.
